4th July, 2005

For the second year in a row we spent the 4th July with the soon-to-be Winners. Last year's event had a lot to live up to, and I am happy to say that all firework expectations we exceeded substantially!

It was great. Everyone was there, and Tim and Misty really throw a great party. The kids were letting off fireworks and having a blast.

Austin had to go home early though because he was getting freaked out by all the noise and wouldn't sleep. Unfortunately nothing changed as it was the same back in St Helens, but that is the chance you take. He was soooo cute though and is really becoming a 'little boy' now...mischief and all.



Tim and Misty's wedding is this coming weekend (10th) so everyone was in town for the wedding and decided to make a week of it, so all the family was in town.



Madison was there too, and we hardly saw her as she was off with Katie and Annie running around the house and playing. When Austin went home with Eric and Jo, we decided to take her with us so that she could see the fireworks and have a good time also. I think she had a blast.



Steph did well with little Jack still growing. She had to sit down quite a few times, but looked really cute in er outfit and had a good time while the fireworks were blowing up.



Autumn also came which was great too. It was good for her to come along and mingle with everyone, and so that she could spend some time with close friends during the holiday.



All in all it was a good time. It could only have been better if Naomi was there also, but we get her every other week, starting on July 18th! I can't wait. It is going to be so much fun!
